India: As of the end of 2007

As of the end of 2007, our Dawn Associates in India have trained 75,749 workers, reached 31,686 villages, harvested 254,876 decisions, baptized 138,534 new believers, and planted 21,426 churches or new gatherings. The Lord is good! But while we rejoice the words of D. James Kennedy resonate loudly:

“While the world has been multiplying, the church has been making additions.”

This was given added weight by what Dr. Victor Chaudrie stated during our recent team meetings. There are about 5,000 souls saved daily but on the same day 65,000 are born. Granted about 5,000 die every day that still leaves a net of 55,000 souls without Jesus. The churches must not only multiply but accelerate.
